3. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to size reasons and the goods are returned to our overseas warehouse, all costs will be borne by the customer. Please strictly follow the requirements for shipping!!!
4. The declared value is limited to 80 USD and no taxable items such as knitwear or leather shoes are allowed. Otherwise, any taxes and fees incurred will be borne by the sender. It is strictly prohibited to ship prohibited items from Chinese customs (including all infringing items) and restricted items for air transportation (batteries, liquid powders). Once discovered, a fine of RMB 2000 per ticket will be imposed in addition to non refundable shipping fees; If transferred to higher-level departments or public security departments for handling, a fine of two to five times the severity of the situation shall be imposed.

6. When returning goods, the Japanese warehouse is only responsible for storing them for 10 days (counting from the date of return). Any items that are not processed for more than 10 days will be destroyed. Delivery shops usually only keep items for one week. Items that are not successfully delivered during this period will be returned to the customs clearance company, and any fees incurred will be charged to the sender.
7. Compensation for lost items: Compensation standard for not leaving the warehouse: that is, if the goods have JX collection information but no operation records, or JX has operated the goods but has not sent them out, and it is confirmed through investigation that the lost items are lost, double the shipping cost of the goods will be compensated, with a maximum of 100 yuan. Compensation for 1 time the shipping cost (not based on the declared value of the goods). Compensation standard for online shipment: Investigation initiated by the service provider after the shipment is online will not be compensated for lost items confirmed by the service provider.
8. Compensation must be submitted in writing to our company within 7 days from the date of receipt or shipment, and our company will reply within 15 working days.
