1、 Only accept and send regular goods. Violators will have their goods confiscated, and the shipping fee will not be refunded. A fine will be imposed, and in severe cases, relevant criminal responsibilities will be pursued.
*Prohibited Items Description: Brands, safety signs, liquids, pastes, powders, batteries, magnetic materials, animals and plants, smoke, drugs, firearms, knives, and other items that may pose a threat to aviation safety and the destination country's prohibited/restricted items regulations.
*According to Article 32 of the Civil Aviation Security Regulations of the People's Republic of China, prohibited items for transportation are:
(1) Firearms, ammunition, military equipment, police equipment;
(2) Controlled cutting tools;
(3) Explosive, flammable, toxic, corrosive, and radioactive materials;
(4) Other prohibited items stipulated by the state.
Compensation standard:
50% of the postage will be refunded for claims caused by delays in the E-express service. When the mail is lost or the contents are completely damaged, compensation shall be made according to the actual loss ratio, but the maximum amount for each item shall not exceed (2 * first weight fee+2 yuan/50g), and the postage paid by the sender shall be refunded. After paying compensation, if the email that was originally believed to have been lost is found again, the sender should be notified to return the compensation and collect their email
