Compensation standards

(1) Compensation standard for undelivered goods: that is, if the goods have JX collection information but no operation records, or if JX has operated the goods but has not sent them out, and it is confirmed through investigation that the lost goods are lost, the maximum compensation for the cost value of the goods shall not exceed 100 yuan. If the shipping fee has been charged, an additional refund will be made.

(2) Compensation standard for not accessing the internet: If the post office fails to access the internet for more than 7 days, the maximum compensation for double the shipping fee is 200 yuan. If the post office returns the package later, the compensation needs to be revoked.

(3) Compensation information: Platform refund screenshot or replacement order number.

(4) Please purchase insurance for your valuable items. Any loss or damage will be compensated according to the channel standard. All problematic cases must follow the principle of investigation before compensation, and claims must provide relevant information according to channel requirements.

Returning to domestic service

We provide domestic return service, but we cannot guarantee that every returned item will be returned to JX without any claims. After receiving the overseas return from the post office, our company will default to sending it back to the customer by express delivery.
