4、 Transportation services and cost description:
1. This channel only accepts general goods
2. Billing standards; Lifting capacity of 50g, maximum weight of 30kg
3. Bubble counting rules; If the actual weight of the volume is ≥ 2:1, the final billing weight will be based on the volume weight; If it does not exceed 2:1, it will be charged based on the actual weight, with volume weight=length * width * height/6000;
4. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect stocking, incorrect package labels, inaccurate data, delayed delivery of forecasts, or discrepancies between the individual items shall be borne by the shipper.
5. Tariff: The duty-free limit in Canada is 20CAD. If the declared value exceeds 20 CAD, a Canadian customs tax collection certificate must be provided. The fee standard is tax receipt+10% commission fee (the minimum fee for commission fee is 5 CAD per ticket).
6. If the live product is declared as general cargo due to customer reasons and is returned by air security inspection, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and a penalty of 150RMB/ticket will be imposed. However, if the air security inspection returns the goods, it can be sent through a new channel after application and normal billing is required;
5、 Prohibited items
1. This channel prohibits the following goods: food, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, animal and plant specimens, insecticides, herbicides, controlled knives, crossbows, pure batteries such as power banks, cosmetics powder and liquid, etc. If the goods are flushed, full responsibility shall be taken for all related aviation customs consequences.
2. We do not accept gifts, accessories, or other vague product names. The sender must truthfully declare them, otherwise it will be deemed that our company has declared them on behalf of us. We will not be responsible for any delays or other expenses caused by this;
6、 Instructions for Redelivery and Return:
1. Aviation security check return: Canada Post predicts that the return shipping fee will not be refunded due to customer cargo security check after going online, plus an aviation penalty of 150RMB per ticket.
2. Delivery and return of package: If the delivery is not successful due to incorrect address, recipient rejection, or other reasons, the shipper shall bear a return fee of CAD 10.5 per ticket.
3. For a second exchange and resend from the Canadian warehouse, the handling fee plus resend shipping fee is 15 Canadian dollars for the first 1 kilogram, and 4 Canadian dollars for each additional 1 kilogram, charged per kilogram.
7、 Complaints and Claims Clause:
1. Compensation standard for undelivered goods: that is, if the goods have JX collection information but no operation records, or if JX has operated the goods but has not sent them out, and it is confirmed through investigation that the lost goods are lost, the maximum compensation for the cost value of the goods shall not exceed 100 yuan. If the shipping fee has been charged, an additional refund will be made.
2. Claim information: Proof of cost value. Explanation of effective cost value proof, screenshot of platform refund or replacement order number.
3. Compensation standard for not accessing the internet: If the service provider fails to access the internet for goods, after investigation, it is confirmed that the lost item will be compensated for double the shipping cost, with a maximum of 100 yuan.
4. Compensation standard for online shipment: In the event of an investigation initiated by the service provider after the shipment has gone online, and the lost item is confirmed by the service provider, the declared value of the compensation will not be refunded for shipping, with a maximum of 100 yuan.
5. No compensation service is provided for damages or shortages, returns, inspections, fragile items, delays, and other force majeure factors after delivery.
6. Compensation does not include any intangible or additional value of information carried by the package itself;
7. Fragile items are self packaged and will not be compensated for damage. The shipping representative will default to this regulation;
8. Scanning upon our company's entry into the warehouse will be deemed as receipt of the goods, otherwise no compensation will be given.
9. Within one month after the package is shipped out, it can be queried, and overdue queries are not accepted.
10. Please purchase insurance for your valuable items. Any loss or damage will be compensated according to the channel standard.
