1、 Tariffs

UK and other European countries: VAT is exempted when the total declared value of packages sent to the same recipient on a daily basis is ≤ 15GBP (equivalent to 20USD) or ≤ 22EUR (equivalent to 24USD) When 15GBP (equivalent to 20USD) or>22EUR (equivalent to 24USD), VAT is required, with a collection amount of 20% or 25% of the declared value When 135GBP (equivalent to 175USD) or>150EUR (equivalent to 163USD), in addition to VAT, there may be tariffs. Whether tariffs are incurred and the amount of tariffs incurred depend on the policies and regulations of the shipped item and the local customs. If tariffs are incurred, they will be deducted in the month when the customs bill is issued. 2、 Query criteria


1. Within 30 days from the date of shipment: If the lost item is confirmed within 30 days or there is no feedback on the investigation results from overseas for more than 30 days, compensation will be made according to the lost item (excluding UK items).


2. 30-60 days from shipment: Only for inquiry. If the lost item is confirmed overseas within 30 days, compensation will be given; No confirmation, no compensation.


3. From shipment>60 days: No inquiry or claim services are provided.


4. Do not accept inquiries: fragile items; Damaged or missing goods after delivery.


5. Survey time: up to 30 days excluding the UK.


3、 Complaints and Claims Clause


1. Compensation standard for undelivered goods: that is, if the goods have JX collection information but no operation records, or if JX has operated the goods but has not sent them out, and it is confirmed through investigation that the lost goods are lost, the maximum compensation for the cost value of the goods shall not exceed 100 yuan. If the shipping fee has been charged, an additional refund will be made.


2. Claim information: Proof of cost value. Explanation of effective cost value proof, screenshot of platform refund or replacement order number.


3. Compensation standard for not accessing the internet: If the service provider fails to access the internet for goods, after investigation, it is confirmed that the lost item will be compensated for double the shipping cost, with a maximum of 100 yuan.


4. Compensation standard for online shipment: In the event of an investigation initiated by the service provider after the shipment has gone online, and the lost item is confirmed by the service provider, the declared value of the compensation will not be refunded for shipping, with a maximum of 100 yuan.


5. No compensation service is provided for damages or shortages, returns, inspections, fragile items, delays, and other force majeure factors after delivery.


6. Compensation does not include any intangible or additional value of information carried by the package itself;


7. Fragile items are self packaged and will not be compensated for damage. The shipping representative will default to this regulation;


8. Scanning upon our company's entry into the warehouse will be deemed as receipt of the goods, otherwise no compensation will be given.


9. Within one month after the package is shipped out, it can be queried, and overdue queries are not accepted.


10. Please purchase insurance for your valuable items. Any loss or damage will be compensated according to the channel standard.
