There is no query service available for standard shipments after accessing the internet at the post office.

Compensation standards

(1) Compensation standard for undelivered goods: that is, if the goods have JX collection information but no operation records, or if JX has operated the goods but has not sent them out, and it is confirmed through investigation that the lost goods are lost, the maximum compensation for the cost value of the goods shall not exceed 200 yuan. If the shipping fee has been charged, an additional refund will be made.

(2) Claim information: Proof of cost value. Effective cost value proof explanation, claim information: platform refund screenshot or reissue order number, cost value proof.

(3) Compensation standard for not accessing the internet: If the post office does not access the internet and the lost item is confirmed by the service provider, the maximum compensation cost value shall not exceed 200 yuan, and the shipping fee shall be refunded; If the post office returns the package in the future, the compensation needs to be revoked.

(4) Online compensation standard: no claim service.
